The Health District is seeking a talented and motivated 社区计划协调员 to join the 社区影响小组 who can develop effective relationships at all levels, 策略性地思考和计划, and provide hands-on support for community needs. This position reports to the 社区影响小组 (CIT) Man年龄r and will support the development, 实现, and leadership of community change initiatives related to 行为健康.
教育及经历
Any combination of training AND/OR experience that would provide the equivalent of:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in 行为健康, 社会工作, 健康, 或其他相关领域, OR a combination of equivalent experience and education.
- A minimum of five years of experience, 证明能力, 和技能在一个健康, 行为健康, 公共卫生, 人类服务, 或者其他相关的设置.
Experience or knowledge of the following:
- Successfully managing projects and meeting deadlines.
- Implementing and evaluating programs and services.

主要职责
The 社区计划协调员 works closely with the CIT Man年龄r, 团队, and partners involved in the Mental Health and Substance Use Alliance of Larimer County (MHSU Alliance), 卫生区领导, 和其他人, 收集, 组织, and utilize 信息 leading to the organization and 实现 of primarily 行为健康 improvement efforts in prioritized areas.
This position uses research (data, 信息, 利益相关者输入), 分析, development of effective materials, 规划, organization of meetings and events, 演讲, 项目管理, and community organizing skills to work with partners and stakeholders to help the community develop and implement short and long-range solutions to community 行为健康-related issues. Must thrive on making sense out of complexity and ambiguity; be flexible with change; and enjoy problem solving and learning.
